Our practitioners have extensive experience working with children and families and are trained in child interviewing techniques, so that children’s voices are heard. Our assessments are designed to help parents and Courts stay focused on the children.
In recognising the immense stress that families undergo when navigating the Court system, we ensure that families feel safe, heard and respected throughout the assessment journey.
Family Reports
At FamilyKind we prepare Family Reports which are designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of the best interests of the child and guide informed decision-making in parenting arrangements for separated families
Social Assessments
At FamilyKind, we deliver carefully prepared Social Assessment Reports that uphold a balanced perspective and incorporate a comprehensive risk analysis. With a focus on objectivity, balance and integrity, we strive to deliver reports that enable the Court to make informed decisions in the best interest of the child.
Training
At FamilyKind we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards so that families receive the support they need during challenging times. If you are a psychologist, social worker, or counsellor, you have most likely had clients who are going through a difficult separation or who are already in Family Court.
